The Service Center is Alive and Well, and Still Needs Your Help!
Contrary to rumor, the Al-Anon Service Center of Northern Virginia is open for business!
However, we are looking to revise and update some of our products and services, and to streamline our operations in order to provide those services at the least cost possible.
The conclusion is we need donations in order to continue. Our reserves are at the minimum level recommended by the WSO, but are depleting rapidly. We are working diligently to reduce our expenses while maintaining our vital functions, but we can only go so far, and it will take time, money, and volunteers to find a new location, pack up our office, and move.
Please understand that without donations, the Service Center will be forced to shut down. We will work diligently to contain expenses, but we must have your contributions to continue.
